Cranio-Sacral technique is used to restore body’s structure to improve the nervous system, muscular system, lymphatic drainage, circulatory system, gastrointestinal system, and respiratory system. It can reduce certain types of pain, joint problems, musculoskeletal problems, pneumonia, bronchitis, sinus conditions, gastrointestinal problems, post-operative problems, postpartum problems, chronic fatigue, and migraine headache. Patients with emotional issues are referred to mental health experts.

  • It usually lasts about 30 minutes to an hour for established patients.

  • Lifestyle Medicine is a branch of medicine that focuses on promoting and adopting healthy behaviors and lifestyles as a means of preventing and treating chronic diseases.  It emphasizes the importance of addressing the root causes of illnesses, rather than just managing symptoms with medications or invasive procedures.  Lifestyle Medicine incorporates evidence-based practices and emphasizes six pillars of healthy life – nutrition composed of mostly plant based, whole food, engaging in regular physical activity, stress reduction, quality sleep, avoidance of harmful substances, and social connectedness. Lifestyle medicine can effectively prevent or improve metabolic dysfunction, high blood pressure, insulin resistance, chronic inflammatory diseases and high cholesterol.
